Bondi Pavilion wins AILA NSW Award
Bondi Pavilion received the NSW State Landscape Architecture Award by the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects in the 'Civic Landscape' category.
The jury described the paviliopn as a "well-executed public space project" that has “enlivened the heart of Bondi Beach".
JMD design were engaged by TZG Architects to upgrade the outdoor spaces of the Pavilion. So far, in 2023 Bondi Pavilion has also received the:
- NSW Public Architecture Award, AIA NSW
- NSW Architecture Award for Heritage - Creative Adaptation Architecture, AIA NSW
- Judge's Choice Winner, National Trust Heritage Awards
